Delayed delayed delayed
Delayed flight, twice on one night. No feedback with regards to what the problem is. No update about the 2nd delay. Had to read about it on the screens. Technical delay according to counter, can the plane even fly. No saying sorry for the inconvenience caused. Wimpy voucher expected to make everything right. Bad counter service. Useless.
