Delayed and no Accomodation and Damageged property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Let me start by my delayed flight from Bismarck Nd to Chicago O Hare</p> <p>We were delayed by 4 hours and when i arrived at Chicago airport my plane has already left.I got to the kiosk where the consultants were suppose to assist you and there was no one there.I had to sit and wait from 10.pm till 3 am the next morning to go to the other kiosk of AA so that they can assist me .When i asked them what should i do they just told me they were closed and there is nothing they can do.I am an south african in an Foreighn country and dont know what i was suppose to do.Then came my flight from chicago to London heathrow wich was that following day and in the meantime i was just sitting very tired and hungry at the airport.As i arrived there the night at 10.pm i asked the airport crew if there was any one that would be able to help me with accomodation and the said there was no one available at the kiosk as well.So for the second time i had to sit at the airport from 10.pm till 6.pm the following day with no sleep and no food.In the mean time i just double checked on my luggage by the B.A kiosk when they were there and assured me my luggage is at d5 and will leave with me when i have to depart for C.T international.Eventually when i arrived at C.T international airport and waited for my luggage there was none coming out.I went to the Menzies kiosk and they tract it to still being in London heathrow.They told me it will be on the next flight wich was the following day in morning and then delivered to my residence as soon as possible.I waited the whole day the next day and my luggage only arrived 7pm that evening wich means i had to sit with dirty close on the whole of the duration.</p> <p>And when my luggage eventually got here so i can at least put on some fresh clean clothes on i discovered that most of my stuff was wet and all my clothes started to mould from all the wet inside.</p> <p>Some of my electronics is also stuffed because of the water.</p> <p>You can imagine how furstrated i am cause my original travel plans was only for 2 days and it ended up in 4.And who is going to replace all my losses.</p> <p> </p> <p>This will be the last time i book with British Airways forever and would not recommend them to any one out there.There only excuse is i am sorry it is out of my hands.</p> <p>The conclusion</p> <p>In who s hands are you then when you make use of there service.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>My travel is as follows</p> <p>Started on Teusday 28th of Feb 2017</p> <p>Ended on Friday the 3rd of March 2017</p>
