Damaged Celini bag:

Upon arriving in Durban on the 2 April from OR Tambo, I discovered that my Celini bag combination lock had been forced open with a sharp object. I lodged a complaint in Durban with Ricky (reference DURBA 17589). I explained that I live in Johannesburg and I will hand in the damaged back at OR Tambo for repairs.
I handed in my damaged bag to Phumelelo (Phumi) on the 26 June 2015 at O.R Tambo. Comair called in July to say that the bag was ready and I could come and collect it.
The bag in question is a 520mm celini liteweight expander with TSA combination lock in blueberry colour valued at R1525.50. It is part of a set.
On the 7 August 2015 my parents went to pick up the bag at ORTambo. My parents received a black samsonite bag from Steven Kruger who said they no longer stock celini bags.
Please understand that the blueberry celini set was a very costly set. It is highly inconvenient and costly for me to replace the set. From my understanding from Moda luggage store - Celini combination locks are very easy to fix\. Please either fix the lock on my bag that you have in your possession at OR tambo. Or refund me R 1525.50.
"
