DAMAGED BAGGAGE

On 16/11/2019 I flew BA 6424 CPT-JHB. I checked in 1 hard shell spinner suitcase which I received on the baggage carousel at OR Tambo with MULTIPLE areas of damage. The hard shell case had been mishandled so severely it had been completely broken through on opposite sides of the baggage. Never mind the effect in the contents of the case, the bag itself (a costly one at that) is now unusable thanks to the clear disregard and obvious mishandling of personal items.

Is this the way you treat your paying customers items and luggage?

I have emailed the airline (including pictures) and posted on Facebook and have received NO feedback or solution.
