Damaged Bag and no responds

I boarded a flight from JHB to Durban on Friday 7 February, upon arrival i realised my Bag was damaged. I went to the Bagagge counter and completed a document. I havent had any correspondance to date regarding when my bag will be replaced. i am not happy as this was a new bag purchased.
