CUSTOMER SERVICES
On Monday, 16 March 2015, I have been trying to contact British Airways - Customer Services - to make 2 small changes to flight numbers ---- this is impossible to do as I have called twice and not been connected to an Agent. Have called twice and on both occasions have held on for more than 30 minutes having to listen to information which is not correct!!!<br> Urgently request British Airways Comair Customer Services to contact me urgently on tel no. ***. <br> Will be interesting to see how long they take to contact me!!!<br> <br> Thank you,<br> Cynthia Ellwood
