Trust all is well

Not very happy at this stage how South British airways handled my ***** and let the person get away.

Yesterday 05:30 some one and we have the guy names and surname Clown our business account and bought two flight tickets. We phoned british airways as we are sitting in Jhb the person bought from our account two flights tickets in capetown. British airways told us, they will be boarding at 13.00 claim number BA6305 and they will call to police and make sure they will arrest. This morning when we phoned they told us, they cancelled the plain tickets????????????? And will refund us, this is a ******** that walk away and purchase, the lack of service and complains service from birtish airways customers service are horrible. They told us they do not have the id number as you guys don’t book with id numbers?

I will be laying charges and not happy at this stage. This could have been handled in a different matter!!!!!!!!!!! Still no one even said sorry, or held the person responsible for the matter.

Im requesting photos of this person?????? ********* are getting away due to lack of people and customer service because they do not care. If this was inside job I need answers.

No trust anymore!!!
