Im so upset!!!! First my flight gets cancelled and rebooked for an earlier time that is so inconvenient to me. When I check in, Ariff asks if I am an assistant during emergency exits, I answer No as I am just a passenger. He tells me he has changed my seat from window to middle. I lost it as I wanted a window seat. He tells me he asked. But did he explain what he meant? No!!! He was rude about it and told me theres nothing he can do. I hate you guys, my whole experience has been messed up.
