I complained over a month ago about an incident involving a disrespectful and neglectful wheelchair handler who insisted that I carry my mothers hand luggage in addition to my own. I was unhappy with the response received as the agent seemed confused so I requested another agent . Natasha Schoeman was the agent and seemed to copy the same response as the previous agent. LIES!!!! She claims video footage shows that my mother had two pieces of hand luggage and as a result I had to carry the extra bag.

Pity the photos taken disprove this!!! Also here are some hard questions to ask? If my mother wasn't allowed to have 2 bag, how did she board the plane then? Also I know I didn't carry the "second" bag...who did? It's a bit random for us to complain about one handler and not both because a person has disembark a plane and board hence two handlers!!
