Comair useless

Is there anyone else out there struggling to get hold of BA. Their numbers are not in use and Kulula cannot assist. I am trying to find out what is happening to my 2 flights which I could not take when they were grounded. If anyone can assist me please respond with a number. Their emails are being returned as well. Terrible that they advertising numbers but it’s not in use.
