Comair Refunds after being grounded in March 2022

You are not alone, Lebohang Tlhakodi <***> was the person that tried assisting in the refund matter, but since Comair has been given the go ahead to fly again this person, the finance depart and the refund department has disappeared from the face of the earth. No one is responding to emails or picking up the telephones, I think head office is also running! Their Refunds department says it would take 8 to 10 weeks to refund the passengers, its a lie! We didn't even check in for the flights we booked, but they still deducted the money. We are waiting for a company that operates with *******ion. Maybe they think that if they ignore us for a long time we will give up on the refund idea.
