Comair providing no customer care and assistance

Booked Emirates flights via Vitality travel. The tickets booked by Comair at Emirates doesn't correspond with the actual tickets that will leave us stranded in a foreign country. Unable to get feedback from Comair via email and unable to reach them on their customer care line. Absolutely NO assistance available.
