Comair makes SAA look great!

Mucked up unaccompanied minor booking. Could not check in. Gave me a seat with no armrest, without informing passengers such seats even exist!(25 yrs executive club membership.) Lost our baggage and **** to us. Did not respond to multiple written complaints, 12 days and counting.
