Comair dont cater for extension belts ?????

So i was on your 2pm flight from jhb to cpt .. delayed flight ! But on the flight i requested an extension belt.. i asked 3 different hostesses and was basically ignored till take off.. Eventually one hands me an extension but it didnt fit .. so are your hostesses new to the concept of an extension belt ????? I had to then stop another hostess who haf the supervisor behind her but they both frowned as if im being delusional Eventually i got a proper belt but my question do u and ur staff not understand or cater for people who need extension belts??? Ive got a flight back to jhb on friday and im actually dreading it because this experience was traumatizing to say the least !!!!!
