Comair & British airways bankrupt & refusing to refund

I booked two tickets on Comair 28th May 2022 for my elderly parents to travel Cape Town to Port elizabeth. I paid in full only to findout a week later on national news this airline is insolvent. I app**** for a refund because i urgently need the money to book an alternative flight on another airline. Reference was received and correspondence has been acknowledged on both BA & Comair platforms and to date. Nothing. Just an autoresponse and reference numbers (More than a week now). The travel date was the 22nd June and i cannot wait. I am missing out on any promotions now
