COMAIR - an ECPIC fail!

Cancelled my booking without any warning. I only realised when I tried to check in. I live 250kms from the airport and drive this morning to make my flight. If you try to cancel your flight - you WILL hold for at least 1 hour over their. The reason for my flight cancellation remains a mystery as the flight I am supposed to be on is still selling their tickets online. If this airline is not ready to give Customer great service, they MUST NOT be in the skies and taking Customer's monies. What a disappointment.
