Cold aeroplane cabins

<p>I am upset about the very cold cabin temperatures of specifically a few airlines, like BA. It is now summer, people are lightly dressed, why would they set the cabin temperature so extremely low ?? My nose was running after sitting in that environment for 2 hours (Flight BA6406, 5 December 2016 - Cape Town to Johannesburg), and some of the passengers were coughing as well ! There should be standards for temperatures. There should be no need to report these cold temperatures, because of people's varied personal preferences, so requesting a higher temperature would cause other passengers to request a lower one. Better to stick with a room temperature of around 21-22 C as a general rule. Who pays if BA made me sick ?</p>
