Change of flights times a day before

Our flight has been changed a day before flying and we are now expected to travel during the curfew and arrange a new pick up on the other side all at our own expense. When I asked for a flight change the following day to accommodate the changes being forced on us, Bianca, a manager at the call center refused to help and her solution was to cancel the flights and make alternative plans. When anger got the better of me at her absolute refusal to help in any way and telling me "it's not her problem" she put the phone down on me.
