Cancellation of ticket

I booked a flight ticket in haste to find out later that my date was wrong. I contacted them later to find out 8f i can transfer the ticket to a friend and the reply was no,as this was a non transferable and no refund ticket. Out of good faith Nazley Samuals then refunded my ticket. Very professional and it was really a pleasure to deal with Nazley. Thank you Nazley.
