Cancellation designed to fool the customer

The British Airways Cancellation website is designed to fool customers. The site gives you a cancel option and I thought it would go per flight like other screens on the site such as the bookings page, the change flight details page etc. However, it cancelled my ENTIRE trip when I only wanted to cancel 1 leg of the flight.

This must go against the consumer rights in some way!! It is doubly surprising that this comes from an airline which itself cancelled customers flights in error and then there is no assistance for a traveller who did the same.

Disgusting!
