Broken Suitcase

I was on a return flight from Joburg in May this year and they broke my bag when they were packing bags. I reported this matter and I was told that i will get a call and my bag will be replaced. I informed the lady assisting me that i am a frequent traveler so i will need my bag. Guess what i have been calling them since June when i needed to travel again and I'm getting no where with them. its now been 3 months since my bag broke but it still has not been replaced i struggle every time i have to prepare for traveling. i am so disgusted at the manner in which British Airways have conducted themselves.
