Broken, ****** luggage, watch and sunglasses!

Travelled to CPT also on Sunday 13 October 2019 from JHB. Arrived in CPT to find a lady screaming her bag was broken into, when my bag arrived after a 20 minute wait, my bag was torn, lock with code broken off and zips where lock was hanging broken off. When i heard that i immediately had to check my make-up bag as i had a watch and sunglasses in my make up bag. Only to find both items have been ******. At the claims desk the lady on duty was not helpful at all and never bothered to mention that i needed to go open a case at the police. Anyway, while there to log my complaint and show the lady on duty what had happened, 5 other people where queuing in the same Que to complain about the exact same things, broken bags and items ******. Weeks later and i have had to drag and answer from BA/Comair, and they tell me "Staff was searched before and after loading the aircraft, No damage bags was noted," That whole Sunday, different flights and different times people were complaining their bags were broken and items ******? Totally unacceptable as this is other peoples property and privacy that is being invaded by people that should hold a position if they cant keep their hands to themselves! By doing nothing about this comair, you sit with hooligans *****ing daily that should not even be holding a job in the first place. I need a solution to this, as i do not accept my things being taken this way.
