Brittish Airways - No thanks!!!

I flew from Cape town to JHB on 04.01.2020. My suitcase was damaged, and taped up with buff tape. I reported it to the service desk, but Maggie was not helpful at all! She told me to email her with the damages. I did all that, they don't respond to my email! Please don't use BA, as they have terrible service!!!!
