British is ******** people their hard earned money!

I am so frustrated at the service I’ve gotten from British Airways, It has been almost 3months since the lockdown was implemented and my mother still hasn’t received her refund, after providing them with our details they promised to send us a voucher we can use on our next flight yet that still hasn’t happened. I don’t understand what is taking them so long!
