British Airways worst service!!!!

Worst airline company ever, had the worst experience, flight was delayed for 4 hours, no comms whatsoever!!!! We have been sitting for 6 hrs here at Capetown airport, they have ruined the good memories we created over the weekend!!! I will NEVER fly with them again
