British Airways - will definitely use again

Recently flew from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg with BA. What a pleasure. 10 days previously had flown with another airline and had numerous issues with flight times changed and baggage broken into with no response from airline. BA were efficient all the way from check-in, very friendly in flight service, etc etc. Thank you. Will certainly try to fly BA where possible.
