British airways terrible customer service

I have got a voucher with British airways from a previous trip that was cancelled due to covid 19 lockdown rules and every time I try to utilise the voucher I am met with great difficulty matched with NO assistance from the airline. Terrible customer service. They never answer their phone and never get back to you! I would like a refund
