British Airways Stole My Money

British Airways has charged me double on my Mastercard for flights and has done nothing to resolve it. I spoke to Peter this morning who promised a supervisor would call me to resolve the matter but no one called me. I again called at 11:30. They put me on hold for 45 minutes. When I eventually got through, Luke cut the call. This is disgusting service and completely ********* behaviour from British Airways. Kindly resolve urgently. This theft will also be reported to the papers.
