British Airways South Africa TERRIBLE

I've been trying every week on the call centre for hours and hundreds of rands of airtime wasted. Comair tells me on email go to British Airways. For an international brand like British Airways the service in South Africa is terrible. My wife and myself were traveller's on the March 12th flight that got canceled. They tell us last minute. I can't get through anyone regarding my refund?

Totally unacceptable. Because of your mishaps with the CAA and maintaining your planes I had to lose out on accommodation and car hire which I pre booked. I had to take another flight the next day.

I need my refund.
