British Airways shocking Cabin crew

Worst air hostess cabin crew ever.

My wife, mother in law, our 19 month old daughter and I were flying back from Cape Town to Johannesburg yesterday afternoon 29th May 2022 on flight BA6412.

During the flight the cabin crew were really not friendly and very helpful.

But the real fun started when we were disembarking upon arriving at OR Tambo. The cabin crew informed us that we will only disembark from the front door which is no problem. Then she said that we will be disembarking 5 rows at a stage, 5 from the front rows and 5 from the back to balance the plain. I have never ever heard of this, as I am a very experienced traveler around the world and never heard this. You always start disembarking from the front to the back so why all of a sudden now its for the balance of the plain?!

Then the chaos started as this was not managed at all by the cabin crew as they just stood in from of the plain and not doing anything, unlike other carriers during the covid regulations. So the people just kept on coming from the back and not allowing anyone from the front rows to disembark. We were in row 6 but couldn't leave the plain until about 40% from the back of the plain already left the plain. Then a lady from the back rows came through and started telling me what to do.

The main cabin crew lady just answered sarcastically when I said this is a joke.

I can assure you I will never fly with BA again and will also notify Discovery Vitality about this so that they look into this from their side and help their vitality members to get better flights, anything but BA.

Honestly, this was the most unprofessional cabin crew I have ever seen on about 1000 plus flights I have been on in my life around the world. And BA, maybe look at your cabin crew as 1 lady has to turn sideways to enable her to pass through the walk way.
