British airways service is unacceptable!!

First they say we board at D1, we start queuing then they say E4. Secondly, Our flight was deleted by an hour and 30 minutes.. no communication whatsoever. This is not right, this doesn’t happen when I book with other cheaper flights. I booked business flight / priority but because we got into the bus we all end up boarding at the same time.
