British Airways service is so disgusting

Pathetic service at OR Tambo International Airport: I don't know it's it's their system or what but the passenger is made to check in then you are told to wait for certain time and come back to drop a bag and you come back again you have to que and also they go further give you a non existence gate number they gave me gate C1 and the male staff there are very rude! I'm urtterly disgusted
