British Airways Service is a joke.

My Kulula flight was cancelled on 20 Feb 2022 and has been rebooked with BA. On 21 Feb at 12pm when I wanted to check in on line it stated an error that my flight number is not being picked up. Have now been on the phone trying to get hold of them but it's only the automated voice speaking **** and saying one of the consultants will answer as soon as possible. What a joke. Now I have to sort this out tomorrow morning at Cape Town airport hoping that my flight is sorted and I will be able to fly back to Jhb.
