British Airways SA Coronavirus refund

Hi BA This is not a rating I need information (tried calling several times but I’m on hold the whole time).

I have 5 tickets for people who were coming to Cape Town for the jazz festival (flight BA6314 on 26 March 2020. The jazz festival has been postponed on account of the Coronavirus and non-essential domestic traveling is now prohibited in South Africa.

Are refunds allowed in this instance? I heard you’re allowing free date changes but the date for the jazz hasn’t been announced (and won’t be anytime soon due to the uncer*****y of this disease). What do we do then? We can’t change the date because we don’t know what to change it to.
