British Airways Rights to Inconvenience Passengers

Always check in online. They overbook and have the audacity to tell you that it's their right to do that. You as a paying passenger has no right you dance to their tune. If their partner airlines are full you just have to suck it up and maybe tomorrow they can fly you. They think people just fly because they want to see the inside of an airplane and dont have plans where they are going. Book them at your own risk. I can understand delayed flight not intentionally overbooking and only being told when you get to the airport. They have zero regard for their passengers all they do is throw at you the phrase "Didnt you read the team's and conditions it's our right to overbook" My foot is this service. Emirates pls get a license to do the OR Tambo Harare route pls
