BRITISH AIRWAYS PERFORM DISMALLY

I will not bore you with my problem but BA/Comair offers, hands down, the worst "customer relations" experience (there simply is none) I have ever encountered anywhere in the world and in any sector. BA/Comair should be ashamed. I will be boycotting them in the future.
