British airways pathetic airlines with **** service!!!! Useless **** !

The most **** experience, conveyer belts have not been working at capetown international airport , passengers had to que to leave luggage, the flight was delayed for 15 minutes due to them loading luggage , get to O.R. Tambo international and we get a bull**** story that luggage is on a Kulula flight and would be here an 22:50, with no cer*****y as they’ve spoken to capetown , British airways is inconsiderate and no one to blame but them, they don’t give a ****, this is a utter **** airline that doesn’t ensure customer service, how the hell can they be inconsiderate and leave customers luggage , they are flippen neglegent and useless! Disgraceful for service from such a freakin airline! Putrid service!!! We are freakin inconvenienced! And waiting in the damn airport, they are such *****s! Inconsiderate useless airlines! I’m flippen disgusted!
