BRITISH AIRWAYS NOT RELIABLE ANYMORE

I was in Johannesburg over the weekend and booked a flight to Cape Town on Sunday afternoon. Ticket information: Flight: BA 6429 with Ticket Number: *** Departing: 17H00. On booking the flight I opt to fly with British Airways because of the level of quality and service one receive with BA. BA is not one of the cheapest flights around, but with the premium I'm paying for quality and the top level service I don't mind paying the price difference. <br> <br> However on Sunday I wish I didn't step on British Airways. My check in went smooth and quick as usual and I can really compliment you on the slow lounge, it's something different than what your competitors offer their customers. But when I stepped inside the plain, my whole view of BA change. Firstly you would expect that business class is tranquil and serene, not a fear of wondering if you are going to land safely. <br> <br> I have taken 7 photos of flight BA 6429 which will definitely make you lose customers. From dirty trays, to headrest hanging by a thread, which makes it almost impossible for a customer to sit correctly in his seat, which makes it very dangerous. From loose door panels just to name a few things that was wrong.
