British Airways not reliable any longer

Dear British Airways, thank you first of all for cancelling my 06h45 flight to JHB and shifting me to the 07h30 flight. Then, to enhance my experience even further, you delay the 07h30 flight by an hour. I'm a regular traveller and this is not the first time - my patience has run dry.

Keep up the ****py work that you do for your consumers.

Is this because you know that I don't have too many reliable choices in the South African domestic airline arena?
