British Airways just takes your money!

Standing at the airport to hear that we do not have visa’s to fly via the uk… The agreement between SA and THE UK! Regarding stay over via airport and visa’s. British airways alreasy owes us R50 000.00 still not received! Only get to standing here to find out the british airways that took R110 000.00 for our tickets wont even help us sort out the issues or even help us process the refund, or even try and accomodate us in any way!

You should rather employ people that dont treat us as ********s and shame us in front of an airport full people. I find this extremely rude, humiliating and degrading!

Never in my life will I EVER use you. And I will ensure that the world out there will know of this incident
