british airways is steaming hot garbage

you can't change destinations on an existing ba flight - only time and date. what kind of amateur airline doesn't allow you to change your travel destination?? and i've been on hold with the call centre for over an hour. not to mention their twitter account. they told me to "wait for assistance" and it's been 3 days. worst airline. 100% a ****
