British airways has terrible customer care

Wouldn't even give 1 star!!! Been on the phone for almost 4hours and wanted hundreds of Rands in airtime listening to the same nonsense and how their call Centre agents are busy. For 4hours! This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever encountered!
