British Airways- hapless & hopeless

Flight from OR Tambo to Cape Town Friday 14th June departing 20h40 diverted to Langebaan airforce base due to inclement weather. Plane refueled & we flew back to OR Tambo. So 6 and a half hours later all the passengers are milling aroung like lost sheep with what appears to be a baggage handler trying to deal with 180+ tired & ****ed off customers. Poor coomunication, poor emergency contingency plans, basically the attitude seems to be well BA has no control over the weather so don't expect anything from us. With an average of 50 flights per annum I think I'll be looking at alternative carriers. Poor show BA management, I for one am deeply unimpressed.
