British Airways fly your bags from JHB to CPT via the Bermuda Triangle !!!

Flew from JHB to CPT on 28 Sept 2018. My Handed in suitcase was was re-arranged (Clothes unrolled and by Galaxy Tab removed from it's sleeve))

They can not reimburse me. I would understand if it was be broken, as they see it as a fragile item, but evaporation of valuables ??

This sucks and I am so disappointment.

Your rules and terms are there only to cover your own butts not your passengers.
