British Airways Flight Time Changes and YOU WILL pay for the inconvenience

Flight times changes and you get a notification only. You are nicely informed that you are welcome to change the times if the new ones do not suite, without penalties. But you need to only pay for the normal flight costs difference. FLIGHT COST DIFFERENCE IS R11 000 FOR 4 TICKETS. This is absurd. And again, there is nothing you can do and they are always so sorry about the inconvenience.
