British Airways Flight Cancellation debarkle!!!!

Having spent 3 weeks trying to change a flight due to South African getting red listed and all travel arrangements changing to no avail. Between Travel Start and British Airways it hs been impossible to obtain a travel voucher or to amend or change my booking. This is unacceptable. Being kept on hold every day for over 25 minutes on each attempt and then having my call dropped by the operator. Then visiting both websites as instructed on the automated voice while holding and getting no response to my queries leads me to believe that neither British Airways nor Travel Start have any intension of assisting me. Lets see if anyone contacts me now that i have posted this review on Hello Peter. Extremely frustrated - Contact details: Jennifer Richardson 083 603 008 ***???
