British Airways doesn’t care

Stranded in Port Elizabeth because British airways changed a 12:05 flight to earlier(10am), VIA email(who does that?) I have literally had no reception, What happened to SMSing? I will be sleeping on the benches until tomorrow 10am if I am not able to raise money for another flight.
