British Airways Does not keep there word

Very upset and disappointed as was i could change my booking for xmas to a earlier time to make a family event at no charge and now BA wants to charge me 500 per change

You would think that BA would keep there word but they are turning out to be the grinch on xmas...Very sad that we forced to miss xmas lunch
