British Airways Dismal service.

On the 28/12/2021 I experienced a degrading experience with British Airways which was Explotive by the airline and further the employees exercised rasist behavior. Experienced a flight delay from 3.20 pm to 6 pm without an apology to client or adeqouete explanation. I demand a full refund on my 3 tickets booked, an adeqouete apology, change in ****** behavior and court charges in order to protect the customer rights.
