British Airways! Disgusting service!

The airport has lost my luggage and no one is attempting to assist in any way possible! Everyone from johannesburg to london to chicago are up in arms saying not my problem! No one can find my bag or give me a report number or any assistance!

It is disgusting! Stranded in a foreign company with no clothes or anything and no one assisting to get this sorted!
